February 26, 2020: Josh Adams received a verdict of not guilty on all felony charges for robbery with a firearm and other counts. You can view more information about the verdictl by reviewing Osceola Clerk of Court records for case State v. Z.K. 2018-CF-004566. Josh's client was a disabled veteran and a father. If convicted, his client would have received a sentence of at least 10 years prison up to life in prison. His client was able to go on with his life and was able to keep his disability payments in tact. Congrats Z.K.

Established in 2013 The Adams Law Firm is the result of years of experience, first as a criminal prosecutor with the Office of the State Attorney, then as a private attorney at a small boutique law firm where he practiced criminal defense, collections defense, and family law. During this time he gained valuable experience and learned a lot about practicing law. The Adams Law Firm is a result of Josh Adams' determination to increase his access to the clients where he can spend more time fighting for justice. His rule is that his clients have his cell phone number.

Josh Adams is a founding shareholder of The Adams Law Firm. His areas of expertise focuses on Criminal Defense, Civil Litigation, and Garnishment Defense. His experience as a trial lawyer involving many complex cases has resulted in a strong success record.

Josh grew up in Delray Beach, FL. After high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps., where served as an infantry rifleman for four years, serving in numerous combat operations and several overseas deployments. After the Marines Josh attended Florida State University, where all four of his siblings attended. After graduating college, Josh attended Florida State University College of Law, earning his J.D. in 2008. Upon graduation, he took a job working for the Office of the State Attorney, where he prosecuted thousands of criminal cases. 

He then gained private practice experience before following his dream and starting his own law firm where he fights in the trenches with his clients for the justice they deserve.
